Some of our favorite recipes include Sunday Sweet Tea, Father’s Day Grilled Steak, Mary Nelle’s Hot Chicken Salad, Down South Cornbread, and The Walker Sister’s Apple Stack Cake. We got special permission from the Great Smoky Mountain’s National Park Service to reprint the recipe the Sisters shared in the 1950’s. It’s really special to us because one of the granddaughters of the only sister to marry, has worked for us for many years.
